DVB TV PLUS is an Android TV application that allows users to watch free-to-air (FTA) digital terrestrial television (DVB-T/DVB-T2) using a connected antenna, and to play IPTV streams from user-provided M3U playlist sources. The application does not host, distribute, or broadcast any content directly.
We collect the minimum data necessary for the application to function:
Device Identifier: An anonymous device identifier (ANDROID_ID) is automatically generated and used to link the device to its activation status on our servers. This is required to enforce the 14-day free trial and the one-time purchase activation.
Phone Number (Optional): A phone number is collected only if the user voluntarily enters it on the activation screen to receive payment instructions via Viber or SMS. Entering a phone number is optional and not required to use the application during the trial period.
App Version: The version of the installed application is sent to our servers for compatibility checks and bug reporting.
IP Address: Collected automatically by our server during activation requests, used solely for fraud prevention and rate limiting against automated abuse.

DVB TV PLUS combines two playback modes:
DVB-T/DVB-T2 (Antenna): The application reads channels available from your device's connected antenna tuner via the Android TV Input Framework. This is standard reception of publicly broadcast free-to-air television. No data is sent to any server during normal viewing.
IPTV / Internet TV: The application can load M3U playlists provided by the user or by an authorized distributor. The app does not include any built-in IPTV channels by default. The user or distributor is solely responsible for ensuring that any content added complies with applicable copyright laws in their jurisdiction.
Using the application to access unauthorized or copyrighted content without proper rights is strictly prohibited. The end user is solely responsible for the content they choose to add or access.
Activation of the application after the trial period is offered through two channels:
Manual Activation: Users may receive payment instructions via Viber or SMS by providing their phone number on the activation screen. After completing payment, the device is activated remotely by our support. In this case, only the device identifier and the phone number (if provided) are stored on our servers.
Google Play Billing: Future activations may be processed through Google Play. All payments through Google Play are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store or process any payment card information.
We implement the following security measures:
HTTPS Encryption: Communication between the application and our servers uses HTTPS where supported.
API Key Authentication: All requests to our backend require a private API key, preventing unauthorized access to user data.
Restricted Access: Only authorized administrators have access to stored device identifiers and phone numbers.
Regular Updates: We continuously update our security practices to follow industry standards.
Users have full control over their data and may:
Requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 7 days).
We retain only the data necessary for the application to function:
If a user requests data deletion, we process the request within 7 days.
We use the following third-party services:
Google Play: Handles application distribution and may handle in-app purchases in future versions.
Hosting Provider: Our servers are hosted with a standard commercial hosting provider in Europe.
These third parties have their own privacy policies which users are encouraged to review.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with marketers or other third parties.

The application is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with personal information, they should contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the application or our website. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
